Paradigm-shifting in the swingerclub of conferencehopping intellectuals or chill-out for nirwana.trippers - the desert is endlessly filled with searchers of the unknown philosophers stonehenge in the state of mind in middle-earth.
Marvin Minsky's "Society of Mind" is determining the internet-spaces in ever increasing domains - and speed becomes obsolete - everything is now - or history. In the evolution of genetic to memetic development, time is imploding like a supernova of all species, even DNA-chauvinism can not help the novel fact that universal intelligence isn't earth-bound or humane-specific. We have to accept the new openness of serendipity in ecology and futurology.
But the pity is not without novelty - it's serene - seren-di-pity! Marvels at the sideway are crucial to further improvement.
If the context is shifting, relativity is itself an element of change and may become a variable entity in the figure/ground gestaltswitch of our times. Worldwar I and II were milestones of the human destructiveness. And now we live since decades in WW III: Global and decentral terrorism is the new face and fassade of the darker side of mankind. In the 21' century all-out showdowns are replaced by a kind of drive-by-shootings of unknown origin and cause. The archaic revival is spreading in the high-tech-structures of Global-Positioning-Systems (GPS) and satellite-controlled planetary Ecologies. The global brain awakes in the internet-structured virtuality of everyone's home. The medium is the message and the grand design is non-exclusive - participation is the sustainable resource of further development and solution-generation.
